Modelers 1/20 - Ferrari F92AT - Alesi - Japan 92

(Completed on 1996)
Ferrari F92AT was considered one of the failing Ferrari ever raced. It was known that the rear of the car was extremely heavy and made it undrivable. However, it was one of the pioneer to use high nose design which is very standard in modern F1 these days. The most noticable part was its twin-undertray design. You can actually see both side of the cars were raised to encourge air to go through between these twin under tray to produce downforce. However it was not sucessful.

This model was manufactured by Modelers. It's been out of production for more than 10 years. I got it 9 years ago from HLJ. I decided to built it as curbside because its engine detail was not very good compared to Tamiya and its exhaust pipes needed complete rebuilt.

With some minor modification on the body, such as front wing adjustment, front wing support wire, mirror, side emergency access hole and brake lines, the finished model look very impressive.

This professionally built model is on-sale. If you are seriously interested, please email me.
